Please take note of the following information to help both of us to avoid unnecessary questions and delays.

Due to the high volume of offers we receive, we need time to identify a suitable and efficient partnership.

We are buyers of used cooking oil for  refineries in Europe, India and the arabian area.

 We are aware of the challenges involved in finding reliable and serious suppliers.

With over 20 years of experience in this business, we understand the potential risks, including criminal activities, in this sector.

Our Clients are able to buy in flexies , ISO-Tanks or in bulk

Our Clients do not accept pre-payments, deposits, or pre-payments of any kind.

We are not interested in financing suppliers through pre-payments. 

We seek strong, independent suppliers with a potential financial security to handle such transactions.

This includes having adequate technical storage facilities and the ability to filter and store used cooking oil in tanks before filling into Flexis.

To be able to verify the validity of an offer, the following documents must be submitted:

Mandatory Documents for Offer Evaluation

• Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
• Current laboratory certificate / Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Sustainability certificates (e.g. ISCC), if available
• Proof of origin and production description
• Parameters: FFA, M&I, MIU, color, density, iodine value (IV)
• Minimum purchase quantities / contract volumes
• Complete CIF terms including loading and port of departure

• Validity period of the offer
• Delivery times / production availability

A laboratory analysis (COA) is required prior to the issuance of a Letter of Intent (LOI),

including up-to-date and complete analytical data, at a minimum covering the following parameters:

• FFA (Free Fatty Acids / acidity)
• M&I (Moisture & Impurities)
• Total MIU
• Viscosity
• Iodine Value (IV)
• Density
• Insoluble impurities
• Color indices
• Origin and traceability information

Without a current COA, the quality and market suitability of the offered goods cannot be assessed.
