CoTra UG and our suppliers have put in place Non-Circumvention - Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement and as a consequence of and with respect to such agreements, CoTra UG does not provide history of past transactions/performance or Proof of Past Performance (POP) , as this is against the law and contract rules established between Seller and Buyer. 

Disclosing SGS inspection reports or any extract of past transaction would further create a risk that these documents be fraudulently used without potential Buyers or Sellers ,  being aware of it. We and our counterparts, customers, clients have faced several issues with documents being used illegally by entities or brokers active in international commodity markets. CoTra UG does not provide historical data from other Buyers and Sellers, or any sample document that violates the rules of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and can be falsified. 

From any intermediary , which is not buying himself but asking for a price offer , we will need signed LOI on Buyers Letterhead.         From any interested Endbuyer will we need complete ICPO , incl. Company Profile , Bank Coordinates and Passport Copy from the CEO.

We will never let circulate any of such documents received .
